Hello,

I have a nice looking Argus Cosmic Wars that doesn't work. I took it apart and found some blue looking substance around the circuits (see attached photo). Is this corrosion that needs to be removed? I purchased some silver glue and a voltmeter, but I'm wondering what should be done to get this thing running again. Thanks!
