Just wanted to answer the question from Ash sent over 3 years ago! I also own a Vox Watch and was looking to replace the batteries.
The equivalent for the Radio Shack 23-146 battery is *393* or the equivalent to that battery.
This information is NOT available anywhere on-line! It's really strange since Radio Shack only went out of business in February this year. You'd think there would still be tons of info on their products.

I have this watch, but Radio Shack doesn't sell the batteries for it anymore... It takes 4 button cells, but I have no clue as to what to buy.... What is a 23-146 battery compatible with?
